At Ongi Tea House, we carefully prepare and pack every order so it arrives fresh, safe, and ready to bring warmth to your cup.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. Ongi Tea House is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
